How does a custom piece
begin?

Discuss what suits your home
If convenient, arrange a visit to explore designs, wood, measurements and finish color. Customers farther away can send photographs and measurements and speak by phone or Zalo.
Agree on specifications, price and deposit
Once the approach is agreed, the family discusses pricing and a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount and payment terms are agreed directly.
Making and arranging delivery
Timing, scope of work and delivery arrangements are agreed for the piece and destination. We will discuss anything that needs clarification before proceeding.
